Guidelines for student conduct and institutional integrity.
The aim of the institution is to impart sound education by cultivating student’s habits of piety, virtue, self-reliance, and discipline.
Medium of instruction is English. Speaking English is compulsory within the school premises.
Admissions are made on receipt of birth certificates/transfer certificates.
New applicants will be examined and placed in a class they are found fit for at the school’s discretion.
Annual exam fees shall be paid together with the tuition fees of the month of Admission.
Pupils failing to pay fees for three consecutive months will have their names struck off the rolls.
Parents should see that fees are paid on or before the 15th of each month, otherwise, Rs 10 will be charged as late fine.
Pupils whose dues are not cleared will be barred from sitting for examinations.
A fee of Rs 100/- will be charged for Transfer Certificate applications.
Reason of absence must be entered in the Regulatory Record and signed by Guardians.
Pupils must rejoin classes after holidays on the reopening day.
80% attendance is required to appear in the promotion examinations.
Late arrival at school is a break of discipline; students may be sent back home.
Guardians must collect wards immediately after school hours.
Unfairness in exams will lead to debarment and potential expulsion.
Any damage to school property must be made good by the pupils.
Failure in promotion exams may lead to withdrawal from the school.
Parents are not allowed to interview teachers during school hours.
Parents must co-operate by interviewing the Headmaster to discuss student progress.
Absence from exams without grave reasons will be considered a failure.
Pass mark is 30% in all subjects.
Hair dying and stylish haircuts are strictly prohibited.
Damaging property or writing on walls/desks is punishable.
Attendance in morning assembly is compulsory.
Lending/borrowing articles in exams is prohibited.
Valuable articles should not be brought to school.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and lead to expulsion.
